**Priorities**

1. Growth

- Frames

- Mini apps are out( [current docs here, will get re-labeled](https://warpcast.notion.site/Composer-Actions-7f2b8739ee8447cc8a6b518c234b1ee))
   - Channels

- New UI rolled out, new version coming soon

- Focus is on onboarding

- [Channel design iterations](https://warpcast.com/blockheim/0x9c4b647f)

2. Direct Casts

- Programmable DC’s are growing

- Short term: Improve programmability

- Long term: plan for interoperability

- Probably 2025, also thoughts around an official SDK and what kind of LEGOs they might be able to give devs here

3. Reducing Sign Up Costs

- Target is $1 signups by next year

- Just cut it to $2 a few weeks ago
   - Blocking issue is helping apps overcome spam

- Warpcast can help subsidize costs if you are onboarding users, reach out

4. Hubs

- Tackling ongoing stability issues this week — out of memory issues, backend traffic

- Want to lock down a design in the next few weeks and then can have a clearer roadmap from there

- Sync needs a redesign — snapchain overview out this week ( [discussion](https://github.com/farcasterxyz/protocol/discussions/193))

5. FIP: Locations

- Review: [location on user profile](https://github.com/farcasterxyz/protocol/discussions/196)

- Opt-in, would use long/lat coordinates under the hood to show your location across clients
   - Review: [location on casts](https://github.com/farcasterxyz/protocol/discussions/197)

- Uses same geo lat/long construct from the FIP above, but would go in a cast’s embed message

6. Sign in with Farcaster

- Web is next priority

- Multi-client is after

- Doesn't seem this is the main focus for the team though rn, Merkle team is mostly focused on(on this order): channels, frames/mini apps, programmable DCs, hubs scalability, location
