Use this when you need: **Blocked / Blocked by FIDs**.

## Usage

```javascript

## Error Handling

## Tips

- Provide a **viewerFid** when supported to respect mutes/blocks and include `viewer_context`.
- Keep requests scoped (e.g., use `limit`) to improve latency.
- Cache results where sensible.
