Use this API endpoint with the Neynar Node.js SDK for typed responses and better developer experience.

### Authorizations

- **x-api-key** (string, required)
  - Default: `NEYNAR_API_DOCS`
  - API key to authorize requests

### Headers
- **x-neynar-experimental** (boolean, optional)
  - Default: `false`
  - Enables experimental features including filtering based on the Neynar score.

### Query Parameters
- **fid** (integer, required)
  - FID of the user whose following you want to fetch. Required range: `x >= 1`
- **viewer_fid** (integer, optional)
  - Provides context about the viewer.
- **sort_type** (enum<string>, optional)
  - Allows sorting users based on different criteria.
- **limit** (integer<int32>, default: 25)
  - Number of results to fetch, range: `1 <= x <= 100`.
- **cursor** (string, optional)
  - For pagination.
